The expectation is that you have riding skills.
If you're not experienced or even if you are experienced, motorcycle riding lessons are available with a LICENSED NJ INSTRUCTOR (just ask us )

- up to an hour and a half of simulated course and familiarization time

Simulated course time and familiarization time are provided for the following reasons:
- To allow you to get familiar with the weight, throttle, brakes and
maneuverability of the vehicle - To allow you to refamiliarize yourself with the road test exercises
(You should already be familiar with these, they are found on pages 4, 5 & 6 of the NJ Motorcycle Manual) - To allow you to get accustomed to how the vehicle will handle during the actual road test.
